The longer HoloEN continues to stay within its walled garden, the more they predispose themselves to an inability to get with the times. For all the "best corpo" rep they get, Hololive is going to seriously disadvantage themselves if they continue to remain disconnected with the broader community. Staying isolated creates this impression that Hololive and its members don't care enough to come down from the ivory tower despite being lavished with praise and admired by many. This is a horrid image that can and will bite them back if they choose to leave things be and let things fester. Then again, one wonders if they even care.
Hologirls currently have it made. They have the best seats in the industry for furthering their careers. Yet people like Chloe, Dooby, Fauna, and Aqua left for a reason. I suspect that reason will make itself more apparent in 2025 and when it does, the community will start rearing its ugly heads to tear itself apart.
