>>91647492It wouldn't be bad if the alien wasn't tied to you on a leash. You can't even leave it behind if you stealth away from it because moving to a new area (within the same map, not through a loading screen) drags it over to you despite there being a whole station of survivors.

more than one per chapter doesn't appear until you see more than one in the cutscene like it's schroedinger's alien and even then it's only in certain chaptersI played the game because people kept talking about how it's the greatest AI ever but the only thing I ever noticed it learning was that fire became less powerful the more you used it and that's it. Never saw anything else. At least it's extremely cool visually. Could be neat to just walk around in a pacifist mode
