Seeing how much Doki succeeded has made them realize they don't need Holo to thrive and so they're gradually making their exit, first Ame, now Fauna, with more to come. They're just being careful about it since they saw how Selen lost two months of income the way she did it. Look at Ame in comparison, she came up with that affiliate thing and was able to negotiate an exit that lets people delude themselves into thinking she's still part of Hololive, while immediately resuming activities as Dooby with no break in between. Of course every company has its bootlickers so you also see some of the remaining members closing ranks and withdrawing deeper into their hole.
