As for the follower count, one of the main things he wanted to do with Star Animals was make merch anyone could enjoy regardless if you liked him or Holostars, I think it's obvious he'd have to prove to management it'd be viable. He said we'd get something once it hit a certain number, so I suppose management gave him a goal in order for him to make something.
