Bae hasn't done anything wrong, she just moved to Japan and got busy, cared caring less about the branch.
A little blame can probably be out on Mumei but honestly, even if she's busy she is still a great friend talking to the girls behind the scenes all the time. And it isn't her fault she got pumped and dumped, leading up to that membership stream where she talked about her shift to caring more about girls than the company.
