They're mostly doing it for two reasons
1) they no longer want the constant meetings at god forsaken hours and the arduous approval process
2) they think they can "do it better" by just doing it themselves. It'll be a very loosely associated vtubing group anyhow, no real big management behind it, at most like one concert/3D show per year where they just gather at Ame's place
