Granted that this thread is shite and Fauna isn't going to Phase, who is there that's better than Phase in the EN sphere?
Hololive obviously, but that's out for Fauna.
NijiEN obviously not.
A smattering of micro corpos that are far too small and often mired in controversy.
This leaves Vshojo and Idol Corp.
I'd argue both of those are worse than Phase. Even if you disagree with that, that hardly qualifies saying "Phase Connect of all places" when at the absolute worst they're third in the rankings (with Hololive excluded and NijiEN being a shithole even if it's bigger on numbers).

vshojo isn't really a corpo that's particularly active with talents or much of a corpo at all,
they're mostly a glorified PR/merch organizer and sometimes like a traditional talent agency where they take a cut for finding you gigs (on the occasion that they do).
