I wonder if DEV_IS designs are a bit of a debuff. With no immediate hooks, they have to rely more on personality or come up with their own gimmicks to get people interested, like Jimmy's speets, or Kanade talking at 0.75x speed. What I've seen so far no one in FlowGlow has really stood out for me in that way. Niko's kind of cool I guess, maybe I just have to watch them more.
