Firstly, Fauna doesn't seem to have any particularly noticeable accent, which means she's probably not a euro.
However, notably, she does speak at least some amount of French.
Specifically she has said that she took French for several years, but is clearly not fluent from how she speaks it. This leads me to think she is most likely Canadian, probably with a high-school level grasp of French basics, as is mandatory for Canadian schools, but probably not anything more than that.
If she's Canadian, and not from Quebec, then statistically she's most likely somewhere in Ontario, which would place her in EST.
Going by the earliest and latest times of her twitter posting trends, as well as her kalimba stream, EST also seems to check out if we assume that Fauna follows a streamer/gamer type of sleep schedule.
Based on her Twitter trends, IF she is in EST, she most likely wakes up around noon, becomes active online around 2:00pm, streams around 6:00pm, then goes to sleep likely somewhere around 2-3:00am. Based on her profession and what we know of her past gaming experience, this later-than-normie sleep schedule seems more believable to me than a more typical one would, and leads me to believe my assumptions are correct or at least fairly close.
But again this is all just the assumptions of an autist based on numbers and only a handful of on-stream anecdotes, so I could also be way off.
