The problem with Swarm is that they didn't have a compelling story for outsiders

They bought a billboard? NijiEN fans used to buy billboards for their livers all the time, i'm pretty sure Doki had a billboard in every city she did a con in.
Fanart? Every large corpo and ex-corpo mogs in sheer quantity.
Donations? Does swarm have a way of tracking how much they've donated on twitch or how many subs? If they do please show the numbers.
The only thing i can give you is botting ironmouse's canvas thing.
Also for the record i'm not even sure you managed to beat the Jailbirds when it comes to it, maybe the Fallen just because they're a smaller fanbase.
If ironmouse actually liked the vtuber awards and wanted the fanbase award you probably might have been dead last because they've shown they're willing to throw millions of dollars. If you really want to prove you're the best, beat mouse's subathon record then we can talk
