I don't think any of the holoEN girls have talked to or about her on main other than the ones who were on their way out. (Fauna even followed Doki on her twitter account a few weeks before the announcement, and started following her on her RM a little bit after the announcement.)
The only girl who's followed her on twitter for a long time, has actively spoken about her a couple of times, and doesn't seem to be leaving is Ollie. She's ID, though and they apparently have different rules.
The stars talk with/collab with her like nothing happened too, which I'd imagine Ollie would've tried to do herself if she could. (She was originally going to be the first holo/nijien collab with Selen, around the same time as Pomu/Kiara, so she has experience pushing through that barrier.)
So I guess there's some kind of restrictions that are different between stars/ID/EN.
The following thing might seem insignificant, but Doki, like most creators, has DMs turned off unless you two are mutuals, and she almost never reaches out unless she needs someone for specific content. So if a creator she follows follows back,(and she follows most of holoen), they can reach out to her.
Another weird note is VSPOen not having any kind of presence at her apex tournament, but VSPOjp joined just fine, despite at least one of the girls looking up to her and calling her their role model, etc.
