For Fantome Thief the tickets were digital "app" shit only no paper ticket, nothing at the door, despite that show having the seats for it. To buy a ticket (for a show that's not vtuber related), I had to make a full on account and they take all your information for no good reason.
They have a monopoly, they use that monopoly to fuck artists financially and fans logistically, and their service isn't even good like say, Amazon, so everything just sucks. And fuck you if you want a refund or something falls through.
It's the DMV of ticket sales with all the same drawbacks.
