lashinbang: more 2nd hand stuff, not as organized as kbooks and fewer EN stuff
Fandom: 2 floors of hololive stuff. i bought the most here.
Surugaya: top floor had a section of hololive doujinshi
Animate: mostly official goods
Kotobukiya: more official stuff, lots of standees
donki: hololive wallpaper going up the escalator and some figures
