>>91916853Considering everyone was cooking up a narrative about how Cover had suddenly changed in 2024 and started putting the talents through the ringer, it's understandable they'd try to shill for Cover just to calm people down. Like things had escalated to the point where everyone was thinking these girls are being horsewhipped to dance practice for hours every day, and so many different girls have had to come out and say "no, idol stuff is not in fact mandatory, we can just decline".
Ultimately I really blame Aqua for starting this shit with her insinuations about Hololive's direction. The funny thing is Fauna even tried to kill the "forced idol stuff" narrative by saying she's not leaving because of that, but despite that the "DiReCTiOn ChAnGe" narrative only grew stronger.
All that being said Kiara is the only one who actually addressed the whole topic properly and thoroughly to kill that specific narrative.
For Fauna's case specifically it is clear from literally every single source that her problems were unique to her, likely built up over time, and not some new management-induced super cancer of 2024 that made 4 holos quit in protest.
