a.) teamates hoping this would finally be the thing that gets her off her ass streaming consistently; they were content blaming cover for why she didn't stream and without that excuse they don't want to confront the truth
b.) new dooby fans on twitch are used to their indies or vshojos or whatever streaming near-daily as a simple habit, they don't know ame and they aren't all here on /vt/ to get a good approximation of what to expect
c.) anti-cover fags (of which many are also twitch users) hoped she could be weaponized against hololive and are mad that their narrative that cover was holding her back from being a streaming behemoth is a lie; she isn't remotely as committed period as doki or mint or matara and wasn't mistreated by cover so their 'fuck corpos' stance doesn't even really work here. she's just lazy. has been for fucking years.
