>>91964636That's why I said it was an excuse. It could have been a minor breach that objectively happened that they look the other way in most cases. But like I said, if a company wants to get rid of you, the smallest thing(s) can be used against you even though they're technically your fault.
For example, I can come into work slightly late everyday by like 5-10 minutes and they wouldn't care if the manager likes me or my work is good. Now if I'm on my manager's shitlist for whatever reason, he or she can see me coming in late and turn it into a much bigger deal. Technically my fault but probably not shitcan worthy in most cases. It can and does happen a lot in corpos.
Again this is just speculation and I don't believe it but I wouldn't be surprised if it was the case.
