It's already known that False not only gets direct leaks from the corpos (not just Niji, but pretty much everywhere except holo), but he's also good at not outing his sources unless absolutely necessary (As we can see with the Raz case, MSM, some of the destroyed corpos like AkioAir).
If he's lying, being untrustworthy, or reveals his sources directly without their knowledge, then nobody has any reason to leak to him anymore and people won't have any reason to take his word for anything.
So if False says he has a lot more stuff he can reveal if Nijisanji attempt to punish the leaker, then I'd believe him because he likely has a lot of it.
Whether or not that stuff is damning enough to matter to Niji's bottom line is unknown, though. He really thought the "Nijisanji shown pushing out vendors/threatening cons to remove specific people" story, or the Raz one would've been the biggest story of the year back in like January, and it ended up being a wet fart because of the whole Selen thing overshadowing anything else this year.
