And honestly I don't think she did, considering her responses DURING the black stream. Doki was having a serious panic attack and was bordering between terrified and furious, and if she said the wrong thing in that stream, she might've killed not only the branch's career, but hers as well. That was a direct fucking attack that could've ruined everybody's career had her lawyer not responded so quickly.
On top of that, the termination notice itself said that she was complaining of harassment by the livers and that she blamed management for it. Nearly everything she did was pro unity for the branch, and half of the people in it just shat all over her efforts. (See: enna during wrestletuber).
For fuck's sake, Elira had a private server that had everybody in it BUT Selen.
In the black stream, Vox was talking about how they were just "talking" to Selen after the video got taken down, and we can clearly see from the timeline that after that "talk" was when Selen tried to off herself and Millie sent her little "oh noooo Mane-san wouldn't EVER do something like this! You must have fucked up somehow!" tweet.
If anything, everything paints towards Selen working extremely hard to please people, and them clearly not reciprocating those feelings, instead scolding her for sticking out too much, which lines up exactly with how Nijisanji's talents behave in the other branches.
So yeah, I do believe we have reason to think that Selen might not be chummy with Elira, Vox, and Ike at the bare minimum.
