On Feb 4, everybody "knew" that Niji EN management would not be stupid enough to try to Zaion Selen with a slanderous and hostile termination notice - especially since her last tweet before getting suspended was telling her fans to violate Niji's IP rights by reuploading her MV (the MV itself is Nijisanji intellectual property). Everybody "knew" that they would use that half of that tweet against her; and not the other half, in which she said that management had privated the MV.
On Feb 6, everybody "knew" that they would not be stupid enough to suggest that the financial impact of firing her would be negligible; everybody "knew" they would not so callously dismiss her two and a half years with the company as if she was as easily disposable as an empty burger wrapper.
On Feb 12 at 7:25 pm EST, everybody "knew" that they would not be stupid enough to try to stream over Doki's first scheduled stream since returning to streaming, much less delay their own counter-programming to match up with Doki's delay.
And now, everybody "knows" that Niji EN management won't be stupid enough to try to do to Twisty what they've done to Zaion and Selen. Everybody "knows" that they won't try it a third time because the second time they tried it, they found out the hard way that it only works once.
And everybody "knows" that they aren't stupid enough to fire a sekuhara victim for the act of reporting (with receipts) to a third party that they chose to do nothing to the harasser.
