Uproar's always been pushed as a group and Gamma had an important role to play in the group as the high energy goofball who was always ready to put himself out there and collab with whoever alongside Rio. Then Gamma got himself summarily unpersoned for doing something apparently incredibly dumb, and now Rio's left with Fuma and Uyu who occasionally will be fun and friendly if forced into social situations but are clearly not interested at this point in making Uproar into what they all intended it to be at debut.
Like the usual tack you'd hear in this sort of situation is "well, you know seeing the four of them together in fanart makes the fans sad" but it's got to be so much worse and infuriating for him.
