The branch's mindshare is gone and it's only going to dwindle further as the few viewers remaining drift away. Elira was just a symptom, not the cause of the dogshit that went down in there.
Even if by some miracle NijiEN manages to get positive sub growth again, it will take YEARS to undo the damage and reach healthy growth, if it's even possible before the branch inevitably gets shuttered like all the rest.
