Those examples are more homemade anime than vtubing.
There are vtubers that make hour-long, multi-character, half scripted, creative streams. In the EN sphere Runie would be the best example.

Just look at what you can do with Warudo, Vseeface and Vnyan. Plenty of environmental interactions, load in animations for scenes, particle effects and more. Problem is that the average vtuber focuses on only using it for streaming
