My take is shes a solid support player but the problem is support dif just isn't that important and your basically never getting mvp/svp as support which means:
1. You have not a ton of impact on your teams chances for win/loss
2. You have no source of extra rank points from being mvp/vsp, hence you move entirely based on if your team wins, something you dont have a ton of agency over.
A good tank can change the course of the game in the way a good support cant, and she'd be better off learning to flex into the role when needed.
