I got to 6-7 cons a year in the US, and I've seen a dramatic reduction in art/prints of her in artists alley, which is a space someone can buy at a con to sell merch. Used to be any booth with vtubers had Gura almost 100% of the time. Now it's pretty hit or miss if you can find a few pieces of her while vtuber merch has boomed in general and you see a lot more people with it for sale.
The only reason I bring this up is because a lot of those artists do a 'circut' and travel very far to sell stuff, so they will chase trends and they will cut things that don't sell. Less Gura merch means less people are willing to buy it from them.
