Mumei is gonna have to choose between being an Idol, or getting a conventual job next year, because a lot of jobs require experience she otherwise just won't have. Also, Fauna kinda needs to play Overwatch with Mumei to be part of the gamer girl culture.
Fauna doesn't like being in Japan for a variety of reasons, like being an introvert, and the lack of vegan...anything, pretty much. Hololive's choice of future revenue is through major events and their related merch though, which is at odds with what Fauna wants.
Kronii is kind of stuck: she doesn't like being away from her family (which makes moving to Japan more-or-less permanently kind of a rough prospect,) and Promise will basically be dead if Mumei leaves too at some point, so Kronii may not have a lot of time to get the Mori sized fanbase she'd need to avoid ending up as a glorified backup dancer to everyone else in EN. Stressful, to say the least.
So, basically, everyone from Council wants different things except Bae and Irys.
