This may seem like its similar to your example of pixar and hulu not being coworkers despite being owned by Disney, but its different because Hololive and Holostars work in the same field, they're idols right? They could,if they had to, collab with each other,learn a song and a dance routine together, and produce a cover together. This is what you call a co-worker.
Pixar is a animation studio that makes animations. Hulu is a streaming platform, they have different skill sets, different schedules, and produce different products. A producer from pixar probably dosen't know how to set up a streaming schedule or channels in hulu, and a executive from Hulu probably wouldn't even know how to produce a animation or what a storyboard even is, meaning they probably couldn't work together without taking time to learn what the other does. These are not co-workers.
