She tried one last time back in October, but that got canned because everyone just wants to go trick-or-treating with her, and considering her lack of affection, that probably made her realize that any further writing attempts like that will only make people think they're actually important to Shiori. If people want to do that, they have to pay, hence why the member stories and comics are still going strong. The upcoming SCP project is just a way of letting people still write and think Shiori is reading them while softly killing off any attempts at trying to close to her. She's made it very clear who she favors more, and now that she's one full year in, she has no reason to cater to the public who won't give her money.
