Maybe I view things differently but a vtuber can act more chuuni or cringy and in a way be more immersive and enjoyable in the act(I couldn't have watched and be immersed in ENReco with someones actual face plastered).
I can understand why someone wouldn't want to watch a certain vtuber(for me it's the lewdtubers) but being this vitriolic is something else. My crack-theory is that it's also projection, they prefered watching men and were hurt by the addition of women.
