Personally I just think that it's a song that's been out for a while, nothing new, the video to it isn't exactly groundbreaking enough to want to watch over and over again, and oddly enough, people may just be interested more in her streaming content than her music right now.
My bet is that once actual new songs start to appear for her, those may take off. Especially if she hypes it up properly, takes a page from Mori's book and does a sort of "debrief" stream for the new song to talk about it and the creation process, and is really "about" her music during her streams, then we should see bigger results.
Using instrumentals as her stream BGM sometimes might help too, gets people to hear it and think "Oh what's this song?" and talk about it more.
If she makes it a big deal, her viewers will make it a big deal. If she literally just posts the song and streams Minecraft like nothing happened, then very little attention will be brought to it. I hope she does the former.
