But still the main point I was getting at, was that Moeko is clearly a lolicon artist, she had to know that she was getting a loli character. If she just wanted a chibi, she wouldn't get the fucking lolicon to make it for her.
Maybe she really isn't into lolis she just finds them cute (I fucking doubt it, since she would've been the one to pick the outfit) but saying it isn't loli has to be a lie, I refuse to believe she's that Clueless.
