By the end of 2026, 90% of this branch will either speak Japanese or live in Japan, likely both. It'll be about 60% by the end of this year.

All indications suggest not. Not only do they have Cover US, but they're planning on creating mocap facilities in the US as well.

Also Justice was an entire gen of Holos who don't speak JP. Clearly they still intend the Holo EN to function in it's own market.

That's good. With the studio there there's practically no reason NOT to live in Japan as a holo.

What’s wrong with it? As long as they stream in NA / EU hours and speak English in most if not all of their streams, I don’t see any issue. Why would it matter where they live?

Let's see how many end up staying after year two. They could still end up moving to Japan like Biboo has. Not that that will do any good if you can't speak Japanese, seeing how Biboo has shown zero benefit thus far being in Japan.
