There's still hardliners who are in it solely for Neuro but for a lot of the current fanbase the appeal is more in seeing how she bounces off from Vedal and collab partners
Also, Neuro and Evil are actually semi-consistent characters at this point and they've built pretty cute personalities that I can see why people would keep coming back for.
