Interesting fact: natto is by far the best quasi natural source of vitamin k, mk7 specifically, and its something that some theorize might give the japs a massive boost in cardiovascular health (pretty much cleans up your veins), so they chainsmoke like nothing and remain thin and energetic and live long. Its very similar to the French paradox, they also eat a lot of quality vitamin k and chainsmoke and drink a lot of alchol (I can assure you wine does shit for health). If you want to be healthy and you can afford it, eat a lot of natto.
