"I need to go" was her making a joke about how cringy it was that the ghosts just fucking dabbed. Her voice dropping was because she got a leg cramp and was in pain for a second which is why she paused and said she needed to stretch her legs. She only took a moment and then went right back to streaming so obviously it wasn't any actual real serious thing, and if you had been watching the stream from the fucking beginning and aren't just a retarded dumbass fucking clipnigger then you would know she was having trouble with back pain and body aches that day already and know that sometimes she sits on her legs while streaming to get a better position in her chair because she's so short.
