You don't have to be friends with EVERYONE in your workplace. There's no point in trying to maintain fake friendships. Just hang out with the people you like and maintain the professional minimum with others.
So what she's not friends with Fauna? Are YOU friends with everyone at your job? There's always bad apples you don't want to deal with.
