A year passed between Sana's graduation and Advent's debuts, and a further 11 months between their debuts and Justice's debuts.
Depending on which pattern holds, EN5 won't debut until either this May or next January. Either way, Holo doesn't spam gens for their branches, and is in no particular hurry to launch EN5 - especially if doing so would siphon management/staff resources from the rest of EN

EN5 is bloat. Anons were complaining about how Justice debuted too soon. Justice debuted to fill in for Advent's japan arc, and now that they're settled in they can fill in for Justice's japan arc. There isn't a need for another gen, just make Promise and Myth stream if you really need more girls.

i think that cover isn't considering people who follow all the branches anymore like in the first En gens. Many EOPs follow only ENs and IDs with others occasionally looking into JPs. Releasing a new gen for each branch isn't considered saturation to them. Although JP might have already reached the saturation point on its own already given its size.

I'm pretty happy with Advent and Justice for the moment. I really don't want Hololive to make the same mistake as Nijisanji hwere they constantl debut more and more and more and more new gens and I just can't give a fuck any more. I still haven't even watched Flow Glow on the JP side yet. More isn't always better.
