If actions speak louder than words (which she herself said), then the fact is that she hasn't even said merry christmas to them for the past two years now. She also skipped both halloweens. All on top of longer and longer breaks inbetween streams with her not saying anything.
If anything I'd say she DOES objectively treat her fans very, very badly. Whether it's a month+ long break or halloween/christmas/etc., she doesn't even spend 2 minutes on them to drop a small message.
