>>92969352Okay fine:
>>92969352You don't know shit either, retard.
>>92969352Happy?
>>92969588This is still conjecture, though merch does make a shit ton of money, without facts and figures we'll never know.
>>92969714Sponsorships come to indies, too, especially the biggest ones. She'll be able to pick and choose them instead of having to do them, but that can be a detriment in and of itself. Skipping out on money voluntarily will be her own problem though.
Marketing won't be important. If anything is clear, people will find out who you are and who you were when you leave corpo for indie. She'll be known and she'll be fine. She won't need marketing. As for the management team, the question then will become whether said team costs more than all the revenue she had to share with Hololive. Of course, Hololive was capable of doing a lot for her if she wanted, especially on the production side of things, but if she doesn't care about that as much anymore, then it'll be no loss to her.
>>92969859I know indies make a lot of money and I know that neither one of us can prove that Hololive's revenue generation for the talent is superior, so keep believing what you want. Indies are not hurting for money and capable of doing a lot with the money they make.
>>92969896What I was arguing was not including all the 2views in the maths for how much indies make. If you include the thousands of those, then the "average" amount an "indie" makes, including all those, is a lot lower. There are far more top 0.1% indies than Holomembers, at least on the EN side, and they do fine. Gura is 1 of 1 and I am not going to argue that, but we're talking about Fauna, not Gura. What will Fauna do as an indie vs what she did as a Hololive member.
