1. Do they currently benefit from what Cover is capable/willing to provide as rewards/incentives for hard work?
2. Is being admired or loved something they outwardly yearn for?
Because if the answer is no, then continuing to be a holomem is probably a bigger pain in the ass than just comfortably retiring to do your own thing.
