Having become an indie vtuber herself now, Kalamari has improved her chances from 0 to 0.01% but it's too little too late. Maybe if we could have gotten her to 500k subs or some shit before the applications started there would be a real chance.
There are multiple stages of applications weeding out the shitters, so they're not even going to listen to you or let you present yourself at all unless you have something to offer based on your portfolio alone. Just imagine how many people are applying.
