Other countries are WAY more likely to have people actually learn multiple languages. This is why it's almost always ESLs who clip Japanese things and both don't understand English or Japanese at a native level. As for why EN clippers are like this, it's also because clipping doesn't make much money. Therefore, poor shitholes like SEA who also have many ESLs make clips.
