They were going to have an uphill battle no matter what they did. They finally tried after constant neglect at least the non Luxiem talents of the EN branch, but so many ex talents were pissed off enough to start talking that it would have doomed their every attempt. That's not to take into account either that trust in the branch was super low for ages, it's only now that the reputation is starting to be repaired somewhat.

That's the price the branch has to pay for mistreating the hardest working talents for so long and so badly that they were effectively chased out of the company. The talents and especially management really should have thought about the long-lasting consequence of their actions before doing everything they did.
