Even though the others had been told that Fauna was (probably) going to graduate for some reason weeks before the announcement was left until the very last minute before Fes lineups needed to be finalized. Her announcement stream was so out of nowhere that the Justice girls who were streaming at that moment were completely unprepared and had to finagle and cancel their own streams to adjust to the sudden wiping of all the schedules for that annoucement stream.
The speculation is that Fauna's graduation was not set in stone until that very instant when she had apparently made up her mind and everyone else had to change their stream schedules to accommodate. I don't recall that ever happening before as grad announcements are always well planned ahead of time.
It's possible that she and management were attempting to negotiate right up until the end, or perhaps she hadn't yet given her final answer until that last minute. Who knows?
Was it a "women moment"? Only time will tell whether or not it was an ill advised, impulsive move devoid of any foresight predicated on some sudden, emotional spurt of irrationality or actually a well reasoned manoeuver acted out for her own best interests due to long running unresolved grievances with management. The fact that the announcement stream was not hurrr announced to the others beforehand lends an air of impulsivity to it.
Unless the exact nature of her "disagreements with management" become known it's not fair to call this a Women Moment.
Of course, management could be so fucking shit that nobody thought to pencil in that the airwaves would have to be clear for Fauna since she needed to make her announcement at some point. Wouldn't put that past them.
