Idc if it's unrealistic, my bet is that she is Filian's friend (either IRL or VRChat) living in Japan (who also might be a streamer). My reasoning:
- Unspecified individual that somehow is a lot like Filian
- Filian was very touchy with her. She didn't mind grabbing her, princess carrying, performing the scene from 300 and many more
- they got along really well. Usually, when Filian meets someone for the collab it takes them a bit to familiarise with how the other person works.
Whatever the answer, we probably won't ever get to experience this cinema again.
