Twitch CCV usually reaches it's max at 2 hours. Hotaru, Peke, and Hestia have averages in the low to high four hundreds. And Nagi is the biggest with an average above six hundred. They share a lot of the same viewers, so if only one Nova girl is on, they're doing something interesting, and no EN members are on they can occasionally get above 1k with no raids. Nagi has enough oilers to do this full time, and the same probably goes for Peke. I'm not exactly sure about Hotaru and Hestia though. Nagi benefits from the fact that she is able to stream for very long lengths of time which is a buff on Twitch.

This has kinda shifted to JP members talk, but its tough for the west to pierce the Japanese vtubing sphere.

I do think the JP vshojo girls will eventually get there in terms of numbers, but probably not for a while. The EN audience base can only help so much.

the thing is that there's a maximum JP audience on twitch so it's unlikely that they can ever reach the EN numbers, but I also feel that the YT market is so oversaturated with vtubers that they still have a better chance on twitch. picrel is all JP vtubers live and a mid3view easily is in the top ten. regardless, I think that as long as they're happy and they're getting enough to support themselves then they're successful

Tha's basically what they were hired to do, as shown by how often small corpos that debut on youtube keep going under show, its a super saturated market now so while there is a bigger jp audience there its already taken over by huge corpos like holo, niji, etc its a lot easier to gain a more dedicated following on twitch and establish a new jp audience there, plus the girls are all hardworking especially nagi and peke and are growing slowly but steadily

Consider that they had next to no presence in Japan prior to Nova
Consider that Nova streams exclusively on Twitch, a platform which is only recently, slowly, growing in popularity in Japan

There was a real possibility that Nova would've failed outright. They're doing great.
