Cali obviously references her real life sometimes, but other times its clear she is doing a bit (like the stuff with Kiara). The character of Calliope is still a fictional character.

I think another qualification has to have the characters acting as actual youtubers "in universe". They have to be a fictional character but they have to have their own channel and act like a regular youtuber or streamer would. They can't just be cartoon characters within a youtube series.
