>>93247387Yeah, the one with Katarina was plagued with tech issues but it was massive, 50 streamers or something. Limealicious hosted one a month ago at 20 people and it worked out. Just a lot to go wrong in indie collabs like that if you don't have a corpo's resources to troubleshoot.
>>93247387>Everyone's usually far too nice in collabs.I wouldn't say nice but it's way too formal and stiff, it's like HoloEN were conditioned to obey some pretty long list of guidelines based on Japanese corpo autism and are afraid of having fun at each others' expense and act normal. That has changed little by little but it's still way too tame overall. Having Bijou or Gigi does help but it's nothing like NijiEN where they were able to establish that dynamic really quickly and have fun, ask questions later.
It really sucks they squandered that dynamic and it basically died and argubly was murdered after the black stream. Nothing NijiEN has been able to put out after her graduation has been able to capture that feeling back.

Except for some people who would be able to ignore their audience and treat it like it's just business, the whole affair and people involved in NijiEN is just radioactive and will be for a long time in the Vtuber industry so best to completely disassociate in public.
