The nature of vtubing will change from pretending to be anime girls to them being generic fleshtubers/influencers but with anime avatars
Handcams and bodycams will become the norm, face reveals are commonplace on twitter, staying in character will be considered cringe, characters are built to be "omg she's literally me" rather than fitting into anime inspired stereotypes

Bigger indie events, more things like the Doki Mint concert, more companies will pop up to cater to the needs of indies, being indie means they can easily collab with vtubers they actually get along with without the former stigma of interacting with someone outside their tribe. Being indie also means fans will be much more willing to drop them if they're boring, lazy, inconsistent, or provide inadequate content though.
