People just don't know pre-Holocaust Hololive, back when Korone would show up playing whatever obscure game she wanted, that was the true golden age.
Mind you, my oshi is Gen 5 so most of her content is post golden age, but the average quality before permision autism was simply superior.

Watching the rise of holo was pretty cool as someone who was following Kizuna since she did some of those early "what is an AI" series. Remember finding her from anime news network.

When youtube removed the fan captions that really sucked dick, I remember the early translate bros being pretty tight in the comments section.

Then there was the weeks I watched all the holo girls drop hard r's it was a good time to be shitposting.

I remember finding those early twitch vtubers just figuring things out, debuts used to be a big event when no one knew how anything worked.

Holo EN came and from there I feel like people know the rest but it was an interesting ride early on.

Wonder where some of those early NA watches are now, I was just finishing highschool and getting ready for post secondary, and now am a office man myself. Hopefully they all did ok.
