It is unlikely that the venue will burn down. Right now the reason they are having so much trouble is that the fires are in the hills where roads are few and the water has to be pumped uphill.

If the fire descends then fire fighters will be able to fight the blaze on Hollywood Boulevard itself assuming they have water. If not they can dynamite houses to create a firebreak of rubble along Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue. There is no scenario in which fire fighters will not prioritize the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
